Due diligence

For each option, we prepare a clear suitability and risk analysis (sponsor track record, leverage, market fundamentals, fees, and structure) at no charge, so you decide with full information.

Execution

We coordinate the 45- and 180-day deadlines, identification documents, and closing alongside your qualified intermediary, CPA, and attorney, managing the details so you don't have to.

Ongoing support

After the close, we monitor your portfolio, keep you informed, and stand ready for your next move: another exchange, an UPREIT, or planning the transfer of wealth to the next generation.
